This information text has been prepared by BASSI DESIGN FURNITURE ARCHITECTURE CHEMISTRY CONSTRUCTION DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE LTD. as the data controller in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK")" and "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform".
This Information Text aims to provide detailed information on the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through closed-circuit recording systems used at Company locations within the scope of the KVKK and to inform about the protection of the confidentiality of personal data, fundamental rights, and the security measures to protect the legitimate interests of those in monitored areas.

Processed Personal Data
The following personal data are processed within the scope of your relationship with the Company:
• Provision of Physical Space Security: visitor entry-exit records, camera recordings.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with the conditions for processing personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, the Company processes your visual data, including camera recordings, for the purposes of ensuring security within the company, resolving legal disputes, presenting as evidence in case of a dispute, and transferring to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request as required by the relevant legislation.
Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with official institutions and organizations, courts, and law enforcement agencies within the scope of the purposes specified in Article 2 of this Information Text in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data.
Collection Methods and Legal Grounds for Personal Data
Your personal data are collected, stored, and processed by relying on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5, 6, and 8 of the Law during the establishment of your legal relationship with the Company and throughout the duration of this relationship, through physical, written, and oral means within the specified purposes, including but not limited to:
• Being obligatory to fulfill legal obligations,
• Being obligatory for the establishment, use, or protection of a right,
• Being obligatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
In accordance with your legal rights prescribed by the KVKK and other legislation, you can submit your requests in person to our address at Şerifali Mah. Edep Sk. No:32 Inner Door No:1 Ümraniye/İstanbul, or send them by notary public. Additionally, in accordance with Article 5 of the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller", you can send your requests to [email protected] using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to our company and registered in our systems.
Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge within the shortest time possible and no later than thirty days; however, if the process requires a fee, you may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
